Yoga with Lauren is offered on most Mondays at 6 pm $20 suggested donation.  A friendly, feel-good yoga class for everybody. Starting with guided breathing and meditation, we warm up slowly, get energized, and then cool down together. Sound Meditations at The Gallery at Bex – September 2025

Join us every Wednesday at 7 PM for a peaceful and rejuvenating sound meditation experience at The Gallery at Bex. Our sessions feature soothing soundscapes designed to promote deep relaxation and inner calm.
