BEX Supper Club 

At BEX we host a once month dinner and select holiday meals at our shop in Califon.  

They are pre-paid and by reservation only. Most menus are themed based utilizing local farm products 

and prices vary depending on the menu.  We do sell out early so call early to reserve your seat.

Ancho chili soup with avocado, crema + quesco fresco

Avocado, Orange & Spinach Salad with a citrus vinaigrette

Roasted Corn, Black Bean + Jicama
Roasted Corn, Black Bean, Red Bell Pepper, Carrot, Jicama tossed with Cumin Lime Vinaigrette finished with Cilantro + served over watercress

Beef Adobe
Filet Mignon simmered in from scratch adobe sauce served with savory rice,  black beans, tortillas, salsa, guacamole + pink pickled onions

Arroz Guisado
Savory chicken + rice served with wilted greens

Lobster & Crab Enchiladas
with red mole served with white rice & black beans
